NSE BENIN SET TO VISIT IDP CAMP, UHOGUA- A TOUCH OF LOVE AND CARE
As part of its commitment to community development and humanitarian service, The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Benin Branch, through its Community Engineering Program Committee, will on Saturday, 22nd November 2025, pay a visit to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp, Uhogua, located along Siluko Road, Benin City.

While announcing the commencement of preparations for the visit, the Chairman of NSE Benin Branch, Engr. Dr. (Mrs.) Tina Emwinghare Oigiagbe, FNSE, noted that the IDP Camp Visitation has become an annual outreach initiative, now in its third edition.
She emphasized that the exercise reflects the Society’s core values of compassion, service, and social responsibility, aimed at putting smiles on the faces of the vulnerable and less privileged members of our society.
The Chairman, therefore, appealed to all members of the branch and well-meaning individuals to support this laudable initiative. Contributions in cash, food items, and clothing materials are warmly welcome, as every donation will directly support the IDP Camp visitation project.
